HAIPICK is a flexible and easily scalable stocking and destocking technology for lightweight loads. Based on HAI ROBOTICS Autonomous Case-handling Robots (ACR), it integrates into goods-to-person order picking processes.
HAIPICK robots perform all the operations between the workstations and the shelves where products are stored. Picking, placing, transportation: the robots’ routes are optimized to favor the shortest path and to group pick and place operations occurring in close proximity. All of this while minimizing energy consumption too.
Configure the system to suit your context: height up to 16.4 ft (5.6 m), storage of 23.6″x15.7″ (600×400 mm) containers in single or double depth, handling of tubs or boxes, compartmentalizable tubs. You define the dimensions of your system according to the available area, with complete freedom concerning the geometry of its footprint.
